Much better than Adobe's profile. Still think my own profile is slightly better - as it should be expected since I calibrated for overcast weather. However, the difference is slight and you could easily adjust Canon's profile to be very close to mine - and the other way around.

Canon EOS 5DSR color profile DPP4 "White Priority" with zero adjustments

Someone suggested that I could get a better result using the Canon DPP4 "white priority" color profile. However, this is clearly not the case. Not only is the result not as good as my own color profile, but its actually not even as good a result as you get with Canon DPP4 standard profile.

DPP4 is clearly superior compared to the Adobe LR/PS color profile in that it does not "crush" the shadows. However, as you can see below its still not as good as the custom profile I made myself. Still its pretty close and the good thing with DPP4 is that you do not have overblown and underexposed colors to deal with at the same time. Just by reducing the exposure you would be able to get close to the well-balanced result from the custom color profile (without the hassle of making one yourself). The biggest drawback from using DPP4 is that its processing engine is slow compared to LR. For the colors it's good.
