During his visit to Higashi-Matsushima HRH Crown Prince Frederik met and talked with several of the victims of the March 11 tsunami which devastated the city. After visiting the Nobiru area which suffered tremendous damage during the tsunami he visited a temporary housing facility for some of the displaced families which had opened recently.
